I registered for a Class. How can I be sure the Registration went through?

 

​Security Sytems - A small number of registrations don't go through. There is a variety of security software used by WIX, the website provider, and by Credit Card Companies that check for suspicious activity and even though you've probably done nothing wrong, it might flag a transaction and block it.

No Confirmation Email - If you didn't get a confirmation email after registering for a lesson, several things might have happened. The email might be in your spam folder or it may have been blocked entirely (but you are still signed up.) There might be a typo on the e-mail you entered on your account on www.Charkeswim.com. If you have multiple e-mails, it will only appear on the one e-mail address you used to signup. Finally, the registration might not have gone through.

Is the Class Full Now? - You can CHECK by going back to the website and looking at your lesson. If it's still available, then unfortunately, your registration did not go through. If it's full (or for classes, if the number of spots has decreased) then it probably went through (unless someone else just signed up - sorry).

Check Your Account - You can log onto www.Charkeswim.com and look at your account. Any classes you have signup for should be visible on your account. (Go to the Website, www.Charkeswim.com, and Log in. Then you want to click on the 'upside down wide hat' symbol ^ to see a list of options. Click on MY ORDERS. If your class does not appear here, then there is a problem.
